📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end product design from research to usability testing.
- Set standards for UI components, interaction patterns, and visual design.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content strategists.
- Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.

🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years end-to-end product design in software.
- Excellent communication, able to articulate design decisions.
- Strong design POV and comfort with opposing opinions.
- Experience leading design research, design sprints, ideation.
- Experience building and shipping mobile/web apps.
- Contributes to established design systems and language.
- Translate complex user requirements into coherent design.
- User-centered mindset advocating for user needs.
- Mastery of Figma/Sketch/InVision and prototyping tools.
