What you will do

• Lead design initiatives across multiple product squads, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and nurture a high-performing design team, establishing design culture, processes, and standards.
• Lead complex, high-impact design initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Champion user research practices, conduct studies, and synthesize insights to inform design strategy.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role overseeing designers.
• Proven track record of building, mentoring, and growing design teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in creating and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of design operations tools and automation.
• Strong experience conducting and leading user research and usability testing initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present design strategies and articulate complex design rationale to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Industry experience preferably in fintech, B2B SaaS, or other complex product environments.
• Solid grasp of front-end development principles to effectively collaborate with engineers.
• Deep familiarity with agile and iterative product development cycles.
