TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop and deploy end-to-end ML models using Snowflake for data exploration, feature engineering, and AWS SageMaker for production.
• Apply statistical techniques like regression, classification, forecasting, A/B testing, and causal inference to predict customer behavior and inform retention strategies.
• Automate, test, and ensure reliability of models with MLOps, Docker containerization, CI/CD, and GitLab collaboration.
• Translate business questions into data problems and results into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering and Platform team to improve tools, platform, and best practices.
• Guide business opportunities and demonstrate data's power in marketing and customer strategy.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years as Data Scientist with track record of production models.
• Strong foundation in statistical/ML techniques for predictive modeling, regression, classification, causal impact, A/B testing.
• Fluent in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels) and SQL (Snowflake).
• Experience with MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, GitLab, AWS SageMaker.
• Excellent communication to simplify complex results and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Team player comfortable with collaboration.
