What you will do
- Execute immediate containment measures during critical incidents (24/7 on-call readiness) and notify clients promptly.
- Collaborate with clients on recovery plans and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Conduct scheduled scans using third-party content security tools and analyze reports to identify risks.
- Generate actionable reports for clients, proactively notify them of identified issues, and track remediation progress.
- Enforce content moderation policies, maintain audit logs, and optimize scanning tools.
- Document all operations and submit weekly/monthly risk trend reports to management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in web hosting operations, content moderation, compliance, or client-facing technical roles in China.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CMS, DNS).
- Advanced proficiency in third-party content scanners and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of content risk and China network regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to smoothly read and write emails in English, and conduct oral English dialogs with global teams.
- Ability to talk with Chinese customers in standard Mandarin.
- Flexibility for 24/7 shift coverage during critical incidents.

- Hands-on experience with security scanners and content screening tools.
- Relevant experience in multinational companies operating in China.
- Background in multi-client environments (MSPs, cloud/SaaS providers).
- Participation in incident response (e.g., security breaches, content takedowns).
