What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including development, optimization, and parameter setup.
• Understand customer product and process needs to deliver customized lithography solutions.
• Analyze and resolve process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, and CD control.
• Support customers during new product introduction (NPI) for process verification and tuning.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and issue analysis reports.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexible mindset to support various tasks in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel flexibly to support customers across China.
