Account Executive (SaaS): Driving hirify.global’s expansion in the APAC region (New Zealand and Australia) with an accent on identifying new high value customers and building long term, strategic business relationships. Focus on increasing revenue growth and client satisfaction within a fast-paced startup environment.

What you will do

  • Develop a sales strategy across the ANZ region to deliver revenue targets.
  • Develop a pipeline of deals through outbound sales prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Establish strategic advisor relationships with key customers to drive the value of hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Conduct hirify.global portal demos for prospects with Sales Engineering team support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales peers to optimize client value and hirify.global success.
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage.

Requirements

  • Adaptive and introspective.
  • 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Hunter mentality and experience working on outbound strategies.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets, as well as across Product Development and IT contacts.

Nice to have

  • Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS or SaaS new business sales experience.
  • Established relationships with customers that trust and respect your advice.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise, return on investment value statement.
  • Experience with established sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc.
