What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics for public and corporate programs, ensuring a consistently smooth learner experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, delivering high-quality, timely, and thoughtful customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program and participant records, including attendance tracking and reporting requirements.
• Participate in internal improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to strengthen team efficiency and service excellence.
• Build strong working relationships with corporate clients, trainers, and facilitators to deliver a professional and cohesive program experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional services environment, program operations role, or a corporate client–facing function.
• Experience in the education, training, or adult learning sector is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in facilitating conversations in professional settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to prioritise effectively under tight timelines.
