TL;DR

Location: Must have legal authorization to work in Canada and be based in Vancouver.

What you will do

• Learn hirify.global architecture, QA tools, and development workflows through hands-on mentorship.
• Test new features across functional, regression, performance, and usability dimensions.
• Identify and document defects clearly so they can be resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers to diagnose issues and validate fixes.
• Contribute to test scripts and foundational automation efforts.
• Help improve testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Finishing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of software testing and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exposure to scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, Java, or similar is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English at a B2 level or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
