What you will do

• Create tools that enhance efficiency and productivity for QA and Development operations, such as designing and deploying bots for stress testing.
• Integrate ongoing quality efforts throughout the development process, including build pipelines, automation frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Establish implementation best practices for the team, ensuring code is optimized for performance and scalability.
• Participate in defining the overall Fortis QA advanced test strategy for all projects.

Requirements

• Experience programming in C# and at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of Unity and Unity-specific tooling for game development.
• Experience building game bots or AI systems.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including S3, EC2, and messaging services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity), including integration with QA automation frameworks.
• Experience designing and building internal development tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Leadership skills, including providing technical direction and mentoring junior engineers.
