Location: Remote (Canada). Applicants must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.

Salary: CAD 86,000 - 130,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Execute test cases and analyze results for internal business solutions.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using systems like Jira.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for standard releases and initiatives.
• Perform regression, functional, and performance testing to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers/admins, product managers, process subject matter experts) to understand product requirements and design.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Software QA Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with testing tools and strong understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box testing).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Salesforce CPQ, ServiceCloud, ExperienceCloud, Admin/Advanced Admin.
• SAFe Certification, PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile based Certification.
• Exposure to Certinia (FinancialForce), Gearset, Ironclad CLM, Docusign, NetSuite, Databricks (including AI Agents), and ETL tools such as Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft.
