What you will do

• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the Product Management team in defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics and monitor competitor products and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics solutions.
