What you will do

• Lead the migration of dashboards and reports from ThoughtSpot to Power BI.
• Design and develop scalable Power BI data models and reusable datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to validate data quality and optimize Azure Databricks sources.
• Drive BI performance optimization, governance, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting development, or analytics engineering roles.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying Azure Databricks.
• Proven experience migrating BI platforms or consolidating cross-platform reporting environments.
• Strong understanding of BI governance, security models, and enterprise reporting standards.
• Experience working with Azure ecosystem tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI Service.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt and modern data stack environments.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven dashboard integration.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex enterprise data models.
