What you will do

• Develop and deliver creative concepts and ideas across all platforms.
• Develop work that differentiates the client from the competition.
• Deliver fresh thinking and innovative creative solutions.
• Lead writers, art directors, and designers to bring the creative process to life.
• Direct the visual/verbal expression of brand-building ideas.
• Prioritize and manage work, adhering to project timelines.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of creative agency experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, or Graphic Design.
• Professional-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and Figma.
• Impressive online portfolio showcasing a mix of traditional, digital, and social creative work.
• Experience maintaining client contact as needed, building camaraderie to develop trusting relationships.
• On-site production/art direction experience for events, activations as well as video, digital, and social platforms.
