What you will do

• Collect, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis for system or process changes and map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct implementation and testing.
• Work with data and BI teams to ensure accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting design.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation and communicate regularly with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL: confident use of window functions, complex aggregations, growth rate calculations, currency (FX) conversion logic, and reconciliation checks.
• Strong experience in data validation and reconciliation in DWH and BI layers (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Skilled in process modelling (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
• Ability to read and understand Python code (e.g., Airflow DAGs) to trace data flow and logic.
• Russian language is a must.

• Knowledge of finance processes.
