What you will do

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for various audiences.
• Edit, standardize, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Organize and structure documentation for maximum usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve documentation quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Three years of related experience in technical writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, grammar, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text.
• Knowledge of AI and other tools to assist with content generation.
