TL;DR

Content Writer (SaaS, AI): Crafting and optimizing high-performing landing pages and product website content with an accent on communicating product value and driving measurable business outcomes. Focus on translating complex features into benefit-driven copy, implementing SEO strategies, and iterating on content based on performance data.

Location: We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most. Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office.

hirify.global is a product company responsible for shaping how its products (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget) are presented across marketing and product-related pages.

What you will do

  • Write and rewrite product landing pages and core website sections for rebranding and continuous optimization.
  • Translate complex product features into clear, concise, benefit-driven copy tailored to SaaS audiences.
  • Create short-form, conversion-oriented copy and expand these narratives into longer-form content, leveraging AI tools.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO specialists to implement keyword strategies for organic growth.
  • Iterate on content based on performance data (GA4, heatmaps, SEO tools) to continuously improve conversion and clarity.
  • Support feature launches by crafting compelling on-site messaging aligned with go-to-market goals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience creating landing pages and website copy for SaaS or tech products (B2B experience preferred).
  • Understanding of how conversion-focused copy differs from blog content and ability to scale narratives using AI tools.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business impact and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with designers, understanding how copy and layout influence each other.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to implement keyword insights into product and landing page content.
  • Experience working with analytics and performance tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, heatmap tools).
  • Comfort working in a product-led, fast-changing environment.
  • Native-level English that is polished, natural, and persuasive.
  • Strong ownership skills, proactively suggesting improvements and optimizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth product environments.
  • Background in agency work focused on branding, performance campaigns, or web projects.
  • Experience running or participating in copy testing and iterative optimization processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and automation in content production.
