What you will do

• Represent the voice of the customer and bring feedback to product teams.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock customer challenges.
• Share best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of GTM concepts and solutions.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts.
• Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 7+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 2+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application.
• Hands-on experience in building Intelligent virtual Assistance.

Nice to have

• Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
• 8+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences.
• Experience with networking, security, storage or databases, operating systems.
• Experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction and processing of large data sets.
• Experience working in a cloud-based development and production environment such as AWS.
