What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end digital journeys to improve conversion and overall performance.
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and define success metrics for initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to accelerate decision-making.
• Analyze, challenge, and refine business and technical requirements through workshops.
• Create and maintain Functional Design documentation covering user journeys, integrations, and data models.
• Handover Functional Design to development teams and support estimation, development, and testing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in IT delivery projects, with hands-on functional analysis experience required.
• Strong Functional background in Telecommunication Support Systems required.
• Knowledge of security and performance in Digital solutions (mobile and web app).
• Understanding of technical aspects of Digital Solutions (Web application concept, SQL/non-SQL servers, integrations, core layers).
• Experience in digital performance analysis (eCommerce or self-service channels).
