is a product company managing over 450 products across 42 business units globally.
What you will do
- Provide L4 24x7 on-call support for critical customer-facing applications.
- Manage and support multi-tier web applications, middleware (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, IIS), and infrastructure across Windows/Linux.
- Build and deploy automation suites using tools like GitHub and Ansible for application deployments.
- Install, configure, and tune middleware applications, caching systems (Redis), and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM-MQ).
- Set up proactive monitoring systems across all application layers using NewRelic and centralize logging with Graylog.
- Enhance application architecture, redundancy, and reliability, including migrations to on-premise data centers.
Requirements
- Strong L4 support experience with 24x7 on-call for highly critical applications.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments and multi-tier web application support.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, GitHub) and application deployment.
- Hands-on experience with middleware configuration, tuning, and monitoring tools (e.g., NewRelic, Graylog).
- Familiarity with public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem VMware.
- Strong English communication skills for technical conversations and problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Message broker technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM-MQ, ActiveMQ).
- Expertise in specific protocols/tools like VPN, Jumphost, DHCP, Active Directory, F5, HAProxy.
- Fluent Spanish.
