What you will do

• Respond to inquiries related to the copy-tool interface and general platform navigation via email and internal ticketing systems.
• Verify and process administrative account applications for users requesting access to automated copy modules, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies.
• Provide technical guidance on copy-service configuration, onboarding procedures, and platform usage.
• Liaise with Technology, Product, and Customer Support teams to resolve system bugs, latency issues, or platform inconsistencies within the copy-software environment.
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems, ensuring high standards of data entry, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor recurring technical challenges and contribute to the improvement of back-office workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in financial services, in a client-facing, operations, or support role.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading products and basic trading concepts.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 or other trading platforms, copy trading knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills and any other language.
