Focus on defining product roadmaps for new QVAC Local AI apps, solving technical trade-offs in balancing performance, privacy, and user experience, and scaling teams from scratch.

What you will do

• Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for Local AI applications, aligning with company objectives and user privacy.
• Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features for Local AI apps, and partnering with cross-functional teams for successful launches.
• Engage with users, developers, and researchers to identify market opportunities and deliver seamless experiences in local AI environments.
• Lead the ideation and definition of features leveraging on-device processing for efficiency, security, and personalization.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and align stakeholders.
• Build and own Go-To-Market plans, collaborating with expansion and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years managing AI-powered applications, preferably Local AI.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, including on-device inference, model optimization, edge computing, and privacy-preserving techniques.
• Proven expertise in feature design, prioritization, and roadmap development for AI products with a user-focused approach.
• Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder communication, negotiation, and consensus building in dynamic environments.
• Ability to design simple wireframes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies, product analytics, and user research techniques.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Local AI frameworks (TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, ONNX Runtime).
• Experience in blockchain or P2P technologies, especially decentralized AI.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for mobile/desktop apps, accessibility, and performance optimization.
