What you will do

• Build and maintain critical business reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze data to drive operational excellence, identify up-sell opportunities, and monitor customer satisfaction (NPS) and feature adoption.
• Monitor performance across project delivery, regional operations, and internal consultant effectiveness.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation projects to streamline monitoring and improve data reliability.
• Support strategic decision-making by gathering requirements, proposing data-driven solutions, and preparing materials for leadership.

Requirements

• Education in engineering or business/management, ideally with a specialization in data analysis, business intelligence, or statistics.
• Excellent command of Excel and Google tools (Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable with data processing, structuring, and analysis; ability to build analytical models and reports.
• Interest or skills in AI and automation (agent creation, Dust projects).
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) required.
