What you will do

• Build LLM-powered applications including RAG systems, agentic workflows, and conversational interfaces for regulated business needs.
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate classical ML and language models optimizing for latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Engineer reliable, scalable ML services and APIs with a focus on code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks for generative AI applications and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the fast-moving LLM landscape and translate new tools and techniques into practical value.
• Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills with clean, maintainable code and engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and agent frameworks.
• Solid understanding of classical machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Comfortable building full-stack solutions including APIs, web interfaces, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with production deployment, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLflow, fine-tuning open-source LLMs, or frontend frameworks like React, Streamlit, Gradio.
