What you will do

• Design and build LLM-powered agentic systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG pipelines
• Monitor and evaluate ML model and agent performance with production monitoring tools
• Maintain and improve traditional ML models alongside GenAI capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and success metrics
• Own technical initiatives from ideation to production and iteration
• Contribute to AI & ML community through knowledge sharing and experimentation

Requirements

• Must be located in or near London, UK with hybrid work model
• Strong experience in machine learning lifecycle, evaluation, and statistical thinking
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and agent-based systems
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Pandas
• Experience deploying and operating ML/AI systems in production
• Knowledge of ML Ops, DevOps, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS cloud infrastructure
