What you will do
- Assist in managing vendor onboarding processes and maintaining contract visibility.
- Support the development and documentation of procurement procedures and vendor management policies.
- Gather, organize, and analyse procurement data for planning, monitoring, and reporting on external provider frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the resolution of vendor-related issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a procurement role, with strong enthusiasm for procurement and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be based in Kraków, Poland for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Background in procurement or vendor management within a regulated financial services organization.
- Familiarity with procurement systems or tools.
- Previous experience coordinating external vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in vendor management.
