What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear long-term product vision aligned to business and market opportunities.
• Create and manage a high-impact roadmap focused on measurable commercial outcomes.
• Drive improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high quality and predictable delivery.
• Work with SEO and content teams to maximize organic growth opportunities.
• Present product strategy, performance insights, and roadmap updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing products end to end from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving measurable growth or revenue impact.
• Confidence operating in fast-paced, performance-led environments.
• Strong data fluency and experience running experiments to inform decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
