What you will do

• Resolve incoming support requests, including account unlock, password reset, and VPN/Outlook troubleshooting.
• Act as a point of reference for general "How To" assistance and access requests.
• Perform IP Phone Provisioning, software installations/troubleshooting, and mobile device troubleshooting.
• Manage Distribution List requests and Active Directory Users and Groups.
• Meet all defined Service Level Agreements.
• Tackle new and difficult problems, exhibiting ownership in their resolution.

Requirements

• 0-1 years’ experience in technical support.
• Working technical knowledge of current operating systems and troubleshooting best practices.
• Working technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Basic OS and application troubleshooting experience, including basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical functions to a non-technical audience.
• Must be able to work on-site five days per week in Meridian, ID.
