What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality and work with diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video).
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools for responsible AI.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities.
• Make sound judgments when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
• Identify day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language.
• Written and spoken English: CEFR B2+ required.
• Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports and professional correspondence.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research purposes.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
