What you will do

• Act as internal subject matter expert for ServiceNow HRSD.
• Consolidate and take ownership of knowledge from external implementation partners.
• Design and implement enhancements within the HR module, including workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and governance of the HR solution.
• Collaborate closely with HR process owners to continuously optimize digital HR services.
• Support architectural alignment with the broader ServiceNow platform strategy.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and their translation into digital workflows.
• Experience working in environments with deep integrations and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with consulting and advisory capabilities.
• Confident, structured, and proactive mindset, able to operate at senior stakeholder level.
• English: B2 required.
