What you will do
- Apply and enforce art direction guidelines for all foliage, ensuring visual consistency and quality.
- Create high-quality models and textures using SpeedTree and Zbrush.
- Ensure the seamless integration of foliage into the game engine with the tech and gameplay teams.
- Verify required quality levels and provide timing guidelines for foliage assets.
- Liaise with other departments involved in foliage creation and integration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the video game industry.
- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and the video game production pipeline.
- Proficiency with the SpeedTree pipeline.
- Experience with Zbrush or sculpting on Blender.
- Ability to learn Blender and Houdini if not already known natively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Blender.
- Knowledge of Nanite and Lumen.
- Knowledge of Houdini.
