What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Influence technology strategy and architecture across the organization.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve highly complex technical challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies, including AI/ML, to modernize and optimize the tech stack.
• Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers across multiple teams.
• Drive root-cause analysis and lead rapid resolution of production issues and incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing relational database solutions and enterprise-grade web applications.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a senior technical leader within engineering teams.
• Experience with LLM, Python, AI/ML, Computer Vision AI, and Data Science.
