What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Influence technology strategy and architecture across the organization.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve highly complex technical challenges.
- Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies, including AI/ML, to modernize and optimize the tech stack.
- Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers across multiple teams.
- Drive root-cause analysis and lead rapid resolution of production issues and incidents.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
- Strong experience designing and optimizing relational database solutions and enterprise-grade web applications.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a senior technical leader within engineering teams.
- Experience with LLM, Python, AI/ML, Computer Vision AI, and Data Science.
