Technical Support Specialist - French

Technical Support Specialist (French): Provide transformative customer experiences by prioritizing calls and email correspondence, taking ownership of customer issues and utilizing resources to ensure high-quality service interactions with an accent on Windows troubleshooting. Focus on collaborating with internal departments to resolve critical product issues and developing solutions for future releases.

What you will do
- Work a set Monday to Friday schedule during office hours.
- Provide prompt, accurate follow-up to tickets and support calls.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and Product Management to resolve critical product issues.
- Develop solutions to minimize problem resolution cycle time and make improvements for future releases.
- Create and deliver product or technology training to internal and external partner teams.
- Share knowledge through new knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer service/support-related position.
- Proficient in Windows troubleshooting (registry, services, etc.).
- Working knowledge of MacOS and a general understanding of Linux distributions.
- This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Zendesk.
- Understanding of any virtualization platform and basic networking.
- Previous experience with RMM software.
- Fluency in Italian, German, Dutch, or Spanish.
