TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (Retail Media): Designing, delivering, and maintaining web applications for a retail media platform, with an accent on enhancing ad visibility, optimizing ad placement, and providing robust performance analytics. Salary: $8,100–$10,000/month net. The base salary range is between $80,000 and $120,000 USD annually.

What you will do
- Design, deliver, and maintain web applications.
- Work collaboratively with Product and Design teams on Retail Media functionality.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners.
- Communicate with stakeholders.
- Deliver Customer dashboard features using TypeScript and React, integrating with Python and FastAPI backend services.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in client-side JavaScript, computer science, and networking principles.
- Solid experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React.
- Experience building, maintaining, and debugging full-stack web applications.
- Experience with Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), or willingness to learn this stack.
- Good understanding of API design principles, Service-Oriented Architecture, relational databases, distributed systems, and caching solutions (MySQL/PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Athena).
- Experience with major public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- English: C1/C2 (Advanced/Fluent) communication skills required.
