What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver and enhance the platform.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and work with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with automated testing.
• Implement authentication and identity workflows for customer-facing tools.
• Work with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and support DevOps practices, preferably in AWS.

Requirements

• Strong backend development skills with TypeScript and Node.js, including architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Experience building REST APIs and working with relational and document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB).
• Skilled in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with automated testing.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), preferably in AWS, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design, Kafka, or event-driven architectures.
