Salary: zł179,000.00–zł269,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver core functionality for the Voice product within a dynamic, self-organizing team.
• Contribute to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations of software.
• Take ownership of features and bug fixes, working independently and collaboratively.
• Participate in prototyping, code reviews, and rapid deployment cycles.
• Proactively investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop automated tests.

Requirements

• Experience building software with JavaScript (React) and with either Ruby/Rails or Golang.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to take accountability for your work and support the team’s overall success.
• Flexibility to work across the stack, learning new technologies or debugging production issues as needed.
• A growth mindset with the desire to whiteboard, experiment, and find pragmatic solutions with your teammates.
• Must be able to attend the office in Krakow, Poland for part of the week.
