What you will do

• Act as an interface to Corporate Security, translating policies and measures into operational security solutions.
• Design, implement, and operate pragmatic security architectures and controls in IT environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid).
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate IT security risks as a 1st Line of Defense.
• Integrate security into system design, change processes, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Continuously monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and control effectiveness, driving remediation and compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Operations and Cybersecurity with expertise in secure architecture, network design, and cloud integration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices, including Zero Trust and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, GSMA).
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills are required.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
• Customer- and results-oriented approach with a high sense of responsibility.
