What you will do
- Break down feature requirements into clear, actionable tasks for execution by various teams.
- Maintain a 7-day forward-looking backlog in the task management system.
- Ensure high task quality, including business reason, exact requirements, acceptance criteria, definition of done, and corner cases.
- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed execution plans in collaboration with the Project Owner.
- Achieve a 90%+ task quality rate, minimizing revisions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, product operations, or task management roles.
- Hands-on experience with task management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Linear).
- Proven ability to write clear, detailed documentation or task descriptions.
- Track record of working in structured, process-driven environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- English: B2 required.
- Work within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
Nice to have
- Experience in tech/digital product companies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies or sprint planning.
- Basic understanding of software development workflows.
