What you will do

• Lead the design vision for hirify.global’s IT delivery ecosystem.
• Partner with senior architects, tech leads, and business owners to align the experience with strategic goals.
• Guide and mentor a small team of designers to translate vision into intuitive, consistent journeys for distinct user groups.
• Establish standards, patterns, and governance to ensure experiences remain coherent across applications and teams at scale.
• Develop a design strategy and roadmap for the engineering ecosystem.
• Define outcome metrics and link design work to business value through experiments and measurable adoption.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a designer and design lead in a large corporate context.
• Proven discussion partner for senior stakeholders in a vast and complex IT landscape.
• Track record of translating complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions for specific user groups.
• Experience designing for software delivery tooling in a technology‑driven environment.
• Experience with complex journey frameworks, preferably in an enterprise experience context.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
