• Develop and execute a cohesive AI-native product and design strategy aligned with business goals.
• Ensure design initiatives measurably impact growth, retention, monetization, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to define how AI models surface value through clear, usable experiences.
• Champion user research, rapid experimentation, and continuous feedback loops for AI validation.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision for scalable AI-driven experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of 11 product designers, fostering a culture of craft and customer obsession.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing design teams, with a focus on mentorship.
• Proven track record of shipping zero-to-one products and leading new ideas to product-market fit.
• Deep understanding of how AI-driven capabilities enhance workflows and create user value.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a user-centric, data-informed approach, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
