What you will do

• Build and maintain clean, governed, and reusable analytical models.
• Develop transformations supporting reporting, metrics, and advanced analytics.
• Plan, design, and implement data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Validate data, identify inconsistencies, and support problem discovery.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, documentation, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Five years or more of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with Airflow, including Astronomer.
• Background working with GCP services including GCS, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub Sub, and Secret Manager.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly, align work to business impact, and work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD automation.
• Familiarity with data modeling methodologies.
• Experience with observability tools for pipelines.
• Experience working with mixed data environments (streaming and batch).
