What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Apex New Zealand’s software systems.
• Write software to solve business problems.
• Promote best practice software development standards.
• Deliver quality by contributing to the testing framework.
• Perform code reviews.
• Provide technical mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS Design Tokens.
• Proficient with Angular / React (Latest Versions).
• Experience with Design Systems like Storybook or similar.
• Jest for unit testing.
• Tailwind.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Familiar with iterative development practices like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Responsive / device-based layouts.

Nice to have

• Playwright, Gherkin, Cucumber.
• Azure Ecosystem, YAML CI/CD Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git.
• Investment or Financial industry experience.
• Docker, Terraform and Kubernetes.
