What you will do

• Deliver high-quality code that meets business requirements.
• Develop and maintain software development standards and reusable components.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
• Take full ownership of assigned systems and services in production.
• Identify and actively reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in Front-End development.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Lit, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
• Proficiency in web accessibility standards.
• Experience with test runners (Jest, Karma) and frameworks (Mocha, Chai, Sinon).
• Strong communication skills and proficient English (written and verbal).
