What you will do

• Manage a globally distributed team of Solution Architects and Solution Engineers.
• Lead technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities, including product education, solution architecture, implementation, and onboarding.
• Maintain client relationships by understanding business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering Teams to contribute to new product features.
• Provide data and feedback on go to market strategies.
• Manage the DDQ / RFx process.

Requirements

• 12+ years in an enterprise client facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Familiarity with multiple coding and scripting languages including javascript and typescript.
• Understanding of web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs.
• Experience in pre-sales, post-sales and professional services.
• Experience with global customers across tiers and market segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
