Compensation & Benefits Consultant (HR): Helps clients determine equitable and competitive benefits and salaries within the marketplace with an accent on developing and implementing salary survey data for rewards benchmarking. Focus on leading complex client engagements, interpreting client needs, and managing custom client projects for compensation practices.

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

  • Lead client calls for complex or marquee accounts and provide support for reward and work measurement engagements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading job mapping sessions, product demos, and training.
  • Own and execute plans to deliver medium to large custom client projects and surveys.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Advisory teams, providing support regarding interpretation of market compensation practices.
  • Proactively maintain data management systems (Salesforce) and support clients through the data collection process.
  • Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and identify areas for improvement within assigned sectors.

Requirements

  • Work format: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
  • Experience working in a human resources environment with exposure to compensation and benefits.
