Our client is a small but growing payment gateway and aggregator focused on the LATAM market, targeting the betting and iGaming industries.
What you will do
- Build and lead the sales function from the ground up, defining strategy, pipeline structure, and KPIs.
- Acquire licensed betting and iGaming merchants, focusing on LATAM alternative payment methods for European and global clients.
- Sell the company’s payment gateway/aggregator solution, emphasizing stability (multi-channel routing).
- Develop and execute cold outreach and networking strategies, leveraging personal industry connections.
- Structure and optimize the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiations to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth integrations and high service quality.
Requirements
- Solid experience in the payments industry (PSP, gateway, aggregator, acquiring) with clear understanding of provider-side sales structures.
- Proven ability to build processes independently in a small or early-stage team environment.
- Strong professional network within betting, gaming, high-risk, or LATAM-related markets (active LinkedIn presence is essential).
- Ability to sell without relying on brand recognition, with strong cold outreach and value-based selling skills.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English required (Russian is a strong advantage).
