Technical Project Manager (ERP SAP)

TL;DR

Erp Tech Pm Consultant/Senior Consultant (Sap): Supporting the delivery of ERP projects, preferably SAP, ensuring technical integrity, governance compliance, and alignment with client objectives with an accent on bridging technical implementation and project management. Focus on developing innovative solutions to challenging business problems leveraging the SAP S/4HANA technology ecosystem.

Location: Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.

What you will do

• Assist Engagement Managers with leading and shaping programs - scope definition and timelines and budgets for engagements.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating workshops for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Drive UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution, and support with deployment and release management as deemed necessary.
• Ensure adherence to hirify.global and client governance frameworks and conduct risk assessments.
• Understand current (as-is) and support the design of future (to-be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience, with proven ability to manage client projects and stakeholders.
• Experience of Agile and Waterfall delivery models in delivering ERP projects (preferably in SAP).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to bridge business and technology.
• Familiar with the Project Management reporting tools.
• Experience with business analysis, process management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to enterprise transformation/automation or agentic AI.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients.

Nice to have

• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
• Good to have Scrum Master, Project management, Business Analysis certifications with a SAP focus.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
• Business development – Utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network.
