What you will do

• Manage all phases of client projects coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of BIMS solutions.
• Build client rapport and proactively identify business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Utilize performance metrics, data analysis, and automated reporting tools to optimize project actions and billing.
• Drive process standardization, user training, and continuous improvement across initiatives.
• Design and standardize JIRA workflows and reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and AI technologies.
• Refine delivery models by incorporating agile practices and ceremonies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, United Kingdom
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of project management experience with expertise in workflow automation and reporting tools.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with JIRA, Power BI, Salesforce, and AI technologies.
• Ability to lead delivery processes and mentor colleagues.
