What you will do
- Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM environments and integrations with back-office systems.
- Analyze incidents, diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle Change Management processes and support deployments.
- Support business users and project teams effectively.
- Work with SQL, logs, monitoring tools, and collaborate on SOA/ESB integrations.
- Create operational and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Must be located in Poland (Gdańsk, Poznań, or Wrocław) with hybrid work model.
- Experience with Siebel CRM operations, administration, or support.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database environments, preferably Oracle.
- Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SOA/OSB integrations.
