What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources while creating and monitoring a project plan.
• Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with customers at all levels to deliver and grow accounts.
• Manage project budgets, time, and financials, including gross margin, rate cards, and budget forecasting.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers, developing contingency plans and initiating corrective actions.
• Coordinate team ramp-up, onboarding, and resource allocation for teams of up to 75 FTE.
• Participate in pre-sales and support the creation of delivery proposals that align with client needs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Delivery / Project Management, ideally within IT Outsourcing.
• Team Management: Proven track record of managing multiple agile teams or projects of 25–75 FTE.
• Agile Expertise: In-depth understanding and practical experience with Scrum and Kanban (SaFE).
• Business Acumen: Strong commercial understanding, financial literacy (GM, budget forecasting), and familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA).
• Project Governance: Ability to supervise Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases.
• Communication: Advanced level of spoken and written English.
