What you will do

• Further develop the platform with a strong focus on a personalized user experience.
• Design and expand data-driven personalization and engagement mechanisms across the entire user journey.
• Collaborate with business units to translate user needs into product solutions.
• Deliver new features reliably and with high quality together with the engineering team.
• Define meaningful KPIs, analyze product usage, and derive data-driven decisions.
• Act as the central point of contact for your product area, collaborating with the Product team and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong identification with the mission to bring transparency to the world of work and create real value for users and customers.
• A degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field.
• Several years of experience as a (Senior) Product Manager for digital services, with a proven track record of impact.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify patterns, make sound predictions, and develop creative solutions.
• Very good English skills, written and spoken.

• Experience in B2C engagement and/or growth-focused environments.
